🛍️ What is the Buy Back Policy?

We offer a buy back option on selected Infinity Jewels pieces. This means you can return previously purchased jewellery in exchange for store credit, which you can use for future purchases with us.

🧾 Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for buy back:

• The jewellery must have been purchased directly from Infinity Jewels (website or official exhibition)
• The product must be in wearable condition (no severe damage or breakage)
• The request must be made after 30 days of purchase.
• The product should be original and unaltered
  

Note: Custom pieces, sale items, and items with heavy wear & tear are not eligible.

💳 Buy Back Value Offered:

We offer store credit based on the time since your purchase:
0–6 months: 50% of original purchase value
6–12 months: 25%
12+ months: 10%

The value is calculated on the invoice amount (excluding shipping & tax).

📦 How to Initiate a Buy Back Request:

2. Share your:

• Full Name
• Order Id
• Date of Purchase
• Clear photos of the product

3. Our team will assess and confirm if your product is eligible

4. Once approved, we’ll share the return address

5. After receiving and verifying the product, your store credit will be issued via email/WhatsApp

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Shipping cost for sending the product back is to be borne by the customer
• Store credit will be valid for 6 months from date of issue
  
• This policy is applicable for domestic customers only
  
• Infinity Jewels reserves the right to refuse any buy back request that does not meet the criteria
