0–6 months: Free replacement
6–9 months: 50% store credit
9–12 months: 25% store credit
12+ months: 15% store credit

Store credits are redeemable on future purchases and valid for 6 months.

• Wear and tear from regular use
• Damage from water, perfumes, or chemicals
• Breakage due to mishandling or accidents
